Personal History
Dr. Fleck was born in Augusta, Georgia and grew up in Tennessee. She attended the University of Georgia where she received her B.S. degree and then went on to the Medical
 College of Georgia in Augusta where she received her MD degree. She loved Georgia so much that she stayed there the next six years while she did her surgery training, urology residency, and had children.
She is a member of the American Urological Association, Society of Women in Urology, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Alabama Urology Society, American College of Surgeons, Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the American Medical Association. She is also a member and past regional representative to the Southeastern Section of the AUA and she served on the board of censors of the Medical Society of Mobile County.
Dr. Fleck is board certified by the American Board of Urology and she joined the group in 1995. Her areas of interest are general urology, female incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
